I purchased this product because someone reviewed it and said that the arch supports lasted quite a while. I purchase the size Women's 9 to 10.5. The size worked well because I was able to trim it to fit my shoes. I have flatter feet that cause the ball of my foot to strike improperly which caused a calluses to form at the ball of my foot. I have been to a podiatrist who trimmed it off for me, but this never permanently got rid of the problem. I put my thinking cap on and tried an arch support shoe insert and it stopped the problem, but it wore out quickly. I am trying this product. It has great cushioning and gives great pain relief. It seems to be made of quality material and the arch support is adjustable if necessary. I hope it lasts as others have experienced.

Recommended by my physical therapist and work great. Have purchased multiple. Fit well in most of my size 8 women’s shoes without having to cut them or anything which I have seen on some similar products I have returned. Long lasting and good quality. Helps a lot with any pain in Achilles or plantar fasciitis

This is a miracle product. It seriously saved me from so much pain!!! My doctor recommended them a few years ago and I'm SO glad! I'm just getting around to reviewing them though. I've always had foot pain and my feet/legs get tired easily. After I started a new job that had me on my feet for long periods of time I began having terrible foot pain. It eventually got so bad I was crawling around the house because it hurt so bad to stand. I saw my doctor and she recommended these for arch support. My feet got better after a few days, maybe a week? Now as long as I have these in my shoes I am good! It helps having them in a running shoe for the best comfort/support but I put them in all my shoes that they fit in. They are made of strong plastic on the bottom and the top part forms to your foot a little bit. You can cut the tops down if they are too large as well. After a year a bought another pair because they started getting gross and then I had an extra pair. Even though they look a little gross they still work just as well! The only down side is I noticed they started squeaking when they get sweaty. I thought it was a new pair of shoes that were squeaking but I recently realized it was the inserts after I got a new pair of shoes so I'm not sure when they started squeaking. I'm not sure if it's because I'm constantly wearing them (like all day every day) or if it's because I washed them in the sink a few times.. However, I've found that putting baby powder or foot powder under them stops the squeaking. Basically these saved my feet and I love them an recommend them to everyone who has foot pain.

These insoles were recommended by my podiatrist due to my plantar fasciitis and I immediately purchased them without hesitation. I just got this pair of insoles less than a month ago and I am still trying them whenever I run errands like going to the grocery store because at the moment per my podiatrist I should not be doing any walking or running exercises. There is something good about these insoles but at the moment is difficult for me to pin point exactly what it is. These insoles are not relieving my plantar fasciitis pain but they do give some kind of support or alignment to my arch and eventually I hope it helps with my plantar fasciitis. The only thing I do not like is the length of the insoles are long for my shoes; longer for one of the shoes than the other. Even if I push them to the back of the shoe as much as I can, I feel they kind of wrinkle on the front of the shoe or where the toes are positioned. It is not extremely uncomfortable, but I do feel it and I am getting used to it. I do not want to cut the insoles in order for them to fit in my shoes because I do not want to mess up the shape of the insole. Overall, I think this is a good brand of insoles and will be purchasing another pair. In the pictures I posted, you will be able to see the wrinkled portion of the insole, this is how they fit in my shoes; they fit a little long for my shoes. P.S. My size of shoes is women's 7.5 regular and the size of insoles is for women's 7-8.5

I have multiple pairs of these in different shoes - they're great and I can't live without these, but when I put them in a new pair of shoes, I had nothing but squeaks every time I took a step. I took a bar of soap to the plastic portions and they are nice and quiet now.

Tried these based on a recommendation from my podiatrist. Seem to help with my flat feet. About half-price of the brand they replaced.

Quality has decreased. Love them but on the last 2 pairs the top fabric has peeled off in places and they wear out very quickly. Need better quality control especially as expensive as they are. I used to get them for $20.

I have plantars fasciitis in both feet. These were recommended to me by my podiatrist I ordered them before I left his office. I've been wearing them for a month and my feet feel great! The price is good I just ordered another pair for my work sneakers.

Me han gustado mucho. No tengo ningún problema podológico en particular. Sin embargo, se siente mucha diferencia al caminar o correr distancias largas. Tambíen si se tiene pronación o supinación mejora la pisada.

Excellent product. I use these as inserts in regular shoes to cycle and they stiffen up the shoe to prevent foot soreness and pain.

I need to return them. How do I do that. They just aren't the right fit.

Good support for those who have plantar fasciitis. If you can't afford or you don't want to spend a lot for customized insole.
