My go-to for mouth sores
Not sure what other people uses this spray for but Kamillosan M has been my lifesaver for canker sores and mouth sores. I have to warn you that when you spray it directly on the sores, it would sting like hell, but you would notice that your sores heal a lot faster than mouthwash or just simply doing nothing. As for the taste, it's not mint. You might not enjoy it.

Best for dry throat
I always use kamilosan when i'm experiencing dry throat and when my throat is sore. It also works when i have mouth sore due to changing weather.

Burns
Bought this for my husband, was recommended by his dentist. He was going through radiation in the neck area and had sores/burns in his mouth as a result. This burned his mouth, he could not use it.
