Fantastic product just moved in and this has completely helped with us to empty a few boxes. So we can move around the clutter. I was thinking temporary but now it's so easy to keep tidy I might just keep instead of huge wardrobe

This is not as advertised; it does not have racks on the bottom for storage, there is only the one support bar across. I have attached a photo showing all parts that were included and namely, the parts the wheels sit on do not even have holes or anywhere where additional storage bars could be inserted (so it is not a case of missing parts). There were also no instructions for assembly with this item. While it looked easy enough to assemble with reference to the photos on the product page, I would have kept it otherwise simply because I cannot be bothered. However, the parts given are not correct. Photo attached for reference shows the same identical part, one has a spiralized (unpainted metal) end while the other does not. The spiralized end is too wide and does not fit into the part that it is meant to. All in all not impressed and am returning. I have owned this for about an hour.

No serious complaints about this item at all, no unpleasant surprises in the box and does what it should. Nice and sturdy, I have a fair collection of fairly heavy jackets and coats etc and this carries them easily. The instructions are not perfect, not quite matching exactly what's in the box but easy to make sense of the small differences. My only minor complaint is the top rail is not attached, it is only slotted on top of the uprights, so if you try to pick up the empty rail to move it around it comes off, but I won't be doing this very often!

Middle (main) bolt was out of line and wouldn’t connect.

This product was the most cheapest looking rails ever, I only bought it a week ago and the second day I started bending in the middle the things at the bottom to hold boxes broke the rail has completely collapsed and I had to order another rail from somewhere else.

Well made ,ease of assembly

It’s a good rail however the parts for the rack at the bottom were damaged so I only have a clothes rack without the bottom but, couldn’t be bother to do the whole returns process hence why the 4star rating, overall the clothes rack itself is very good and does the job
