Men's 2 Pc Priest Costume with Robe, Belt

The costume is very well made and of good materials. I ordered a large, and although the costume fit him well, the belt was small. I had to add length by sewing additional cloth to it. Once done, the costume was amazing! Highly recommend.

I'm 6', 180 - I ordered the XL figuring if it needed we could adjust. The length was great, as it went down to about my ankles. The only 'fitting' problem was the sash, there's very little adjustment and with my 35" waist it was too big, we had to do a little sewing to make it hold. Boy did I get great results walking down the Las Vegas Strip on Halloween, i had at least 6 people stop me for photo ops and MANY people muttered 'bless me father....' or other religious phrases. I bought the 'Holy Hammered' fake bible, a nice garish cross from Ross for $5 and perched my reading glasses on the end of my nose. Wearing it again next year! Garment was of adequate quality, didnt tear despite getting yanked a few times. Only difficulty was access to pockets, might sew in an access port next year.

Everyone laughed. Great costume. Looks very authentic. I bought the little plastic cross necklace available on Amazon which went perfect with it. I’m 5’9” 185 and got the M/L. It fit great, although I prefer a little more wiggle room. But that’s just my preference. Looks-wise it was perfect. Quality is fine. Nothing fantastic, but not as thin/cheap as most costumes. Overall a killer buy.

This is made from surprisingly good quality cloth and identifies the wearer as a Monsignor in the Catholic Church. Medium-Large fit me well if maybe an inch too long (I'm a 5'10 ectomorph). I used it to play in the onstage pit orchestra for Nunsense, and it prompted one of the lead actors to involve me in the play. I got laughs for blessing the audience as a priest may do. The sash is a bit long around the waist and non-adjustable, but I just held it up with a safety pin. The Roman collar is loose on the anchored side: I used a safety pin to hold it firm against the black collar.

Fortunately, I am 5/11...but I am 225 (not chubby, just thick). This is a pull over robe style costume that buttons and has the Velcro collar. Very well made (not cheap feeling material) and the fit is very nice - I'm impressed and feel I got my $$ worth. The belt or sash, is cosmetic - but does have Velcro adjustment, so can help you skinny folk with fit (I'm a 34/35 waist) Does not come with pants, so if you're taller than I am, you will need something inline with the costume as it will be seen. The collar fits well, I'm a 17-1/2 and its a little loose, which I like. I'm a 46/48 athletic in coat size and it's comfortable.

Overly priced and cheaply made.

I ordered an XL, but trying it on, it was more like an XXL. Too bad, it had to go back... I liked the quality and look of the costume.
