Dumb question I know but how does the cap come off? U line it up or something?

Pull the cap very very hard. You may squeeze the plastic cap then pull it out hardly or insert the flat end of a screwdriver between the can and the plastic cap rim then pry it. If the cap still won't come off while the screwdriver still n, this time pull the cap up harder till it come off.

Is one can enough to clean the oven 1 time? How many cleans can you get out of one can?

That depends on the size of your oven, but you should get more than one clean out of this can.
