THIS UNIT WAS PURCHASED TO REPLACE AN OLD ONE THAT HAD A PRINTING PROBLEM. THE FACTORY SENT A REPLACEMENT PART THAT THEY HAD DIAGNOSED OVER THE PHONE AS THE LIKELY PROBLEM. I INSTALLED THE NEW PART AND NOW THE SHOP HAS TWO FUNCTIONING TESTERS.

Ordered two for a Toyota dealership. This product works great but the problem is that you can not order parts to make simple repairs. I have one that is down and is need of repair.. i need the ends that hook to the battery which you much use there's others will not work and they offer no parts. Now I have a 400 tester that has zero value!!! Beware!!!! Check before you buy one of these or another brand...make sure you know what options you have if it quits working. Or you may end up with a worthless tester.
