Cute story
In the ever popular riff off There Was an Old Lady who Swallowed a Fly, there is a Martian who swallows lots of things in space, until he's finally full. Cute and funny.

Cute
The illustrations are awesome. The story is cute. It falls in line with all the other "There was an old Lady who swallowed a ..." different twist to it. Kids 7 and younger will enjoy it.

Great cumulative tale with a fun twist!
I love this author's books! Great cumulative tale with lots of repetition, opportunities for language and concepts and even opportunities for kids yoga. I made some free printable story props to go with the book. Fun for Adults and Children
My 3 year old Grandson had me read it too him 3 times during our visit. Entertaining story, great illustrations with bright colors, provides adult readers lots of opportunities to use different voices or add sounds.

What a fun book to read!
We had lots of laughs and giggles as we read about the old Martian who swallowed the moon. Don't ask me why he swallowed the moon!

Used and damaged
Ordered a new book. Received a book with a broken spine, ripped pages and pencil scribbled on pictures. Terrible.

Entertaining
I enjoyed reading this book because it reminded me of the story, "Old Woman Who Swallowed a Fly". The author presented the story very well with a good sense of humor. Also I loved the Illustrator's pictures with comical facial expressions of each character referring to the nursery rhyme, "The Cow Jumped Over the Moon. Very entertaining story which the children would love to listen to and read.

Lovely book
I read this during lockdown to my granddaughter across the internet and she demanded it at least three times a week! It was a firm favourite with lovely illustrations and a narrative that everyone could participate in. Excellent!
