Move over sonicare!
Wow, finally the toothbrush reinvented! My sister literally brushed her gums away with a hard toothbrush. She has experienced a nonstop dental nightmare ever since. After being terrified myself, I only use extra soft toothbrushes and am extra mindful of their "feel". I usually resort to using brushes designed for young children. I also have three versions of Sonicare and a Braun. The Braun seems to wreck less havoc (all have the soft or sensitive bristles). I also brush my elderly mom's teeth. She has dementia so she can't give me any feedback but sometimes it seems actual gum tissue comes off on her toothbrush- freaking me out despite the fact her dentist says it probably is gum tissue and that it is normal(???). Is he kidding???Well, our brushing problems have come to an end. These toothbrushes are unbelievable! The feel like a microfiber cloth for your teeth! SO SOFT but still sturdy enough to do the job. My teeth have never felt so clean. The bristles are tapered so they can really do a job on your gum line without tearing at anything. These should be available everywhere. My last Sonicare cost almost $150 and another $20+ for replacement heads. A lot people can't afford that but at less than $3 a toothbrush anyone can afford these and I think they work better. I honestly want to buy cases and donate them to homeless shelters. If I could give these 10 stars I would!!!*****update****Just realized as I was brushing with one of these this morning that since I have been using them- (don't know when I started but today is 4/21/2014 so it's been years) that I've never had gingivitis or seen even a spot of blood when brushing since my "switch". I'm 50 and not a "dental hygiene enthusiast" lol- just the basics. These things still amaze me!

These are sized like a child's brush.
I love the brush but wish it was slightly larger. The head size is comparable to a child's tooth brush. It would be good for kids and adults with braces. But for me, in going to look for a larger sizing.I believ abc oral care does sell a larger one which I will be trying next. The bristles are soft and completely different than any toothbrush I've tried before.I used to have sore guns every time after I brushed and no matter which brand of brush I tried, the soreness persisted.Figured I'd try these brushes out and sure enough the soreness went away. The bristles are designed differently than a conventional brush which makes them gentle on your gums.As far as cleaning, I'd say they clean better just because I can brush and brush without fighting against the pain I used to experience from my other tooth brushes. No bristles have fallen out on me yet and the handles are nice and intact.Remember you're brushing your teeth, not scrubbing tile grout. Gentle and slow is the recipe for success.

Best toothbrush I've used
I've struggled to find a toothbrush I am comfortable with so this has been a godsend. I have a relatively small mouth, and the toothbrushes on the market are just too enormous for me. Once a year I travel to Asia and I stock up there as they sell smaller toothbrushes, but the bristles and brushing power are very basic. I LOVE the Sanha brush and I really never thought I would rave about a toothbrush, of all things. The head is tapered and the perfect size for me - not too big and not too small. And the bristles feel fantastic - I don't know what they're made of but it's as if they're natural fibers. They are very soft to the touch but when you brush they feel surprisingly firm, not like those soft brushes that feel good but don't really clean enough. I feel like my gums get a massage every time I brush. I do feel that my teeth are cleaner since brushing with this. It's weird to say as an adult but I actually kind of look forward to brushing now, as opposed to feeling like it's a chore I need to get over with. I plan to use this brand for as long as they'll make it.

Good but they easily break.
The handle below the bristles is very narrow. You often twist the handle (e.g. right hand doing right inside, top teeth). So far 3 of 4 toothbrush handles broke this way despite being very careful. They had very little use.My FEELING is that they do a good job since the bristles are fine and since the brushes are small you spend more time brushing. If the expense of only using 20% of the life of a toothbrush is not a concern, it is a good product.

Almost perfect!
I bought the brushes for my 4 year old. The brushes are truly soft and very effective in brushing. Best soft toothbrush we bought so far for my daughter. The only downside is that the bristles are a bit long for kids' mouths. I wish they made a children's version with shorter bristles. My daughter still prefers this toothbrush to others; even those sporting her favorite characters.Since I bought it for my kid, I didn't use the brushes myself. So I can't comment on their effectiveness for adults. However, the brush head seems too small for adults. I personally use GUM brand's toothbrush with tapered bristles and love it!

disastrous results from this toothbrush . . .
I have serious dental problems for the first time in my 68 years - I believe due primarily to these toothbrushes. Even though dentists and hygienists these days keep saying "softer tooth brush, softer tooth brush", these are way too soft. They are also very small and while I didn't mind using them at all, I went for my annual dental check up and had 8 deep cavities for the first time. My dentist showed me white plaque buildup he was scrapping out of my gum line and I had just flossed and brushed before I went in. I had also just changed to a natural tooth paste, Earth Paste. He had me switch to a Sonicare and back a fluoride toothpaste to halt this new condition and my gums have quickly healed and my teeth are getting cleaned during brushing again.I don't give many terrible reviews like this but I felt obligated to give my findings regarding this product. Also, be careful not to get talked in to "softening up" your toothbrush to the point of uselessness.
