Description
Our special formula Foam Guard PVA vinyl emulsion sealer is designed to extend the life of new foam edges by preventing moisture absorption, microbial attack, and UV damage. Dries clear and flexible. One bottle will treat 4 to 6 speaker surrounds. It is also used on professional speakers to seal and treat fabric or cloth cone edge suspensions, and to seal and dampen paper edge cones. Liquid magic. Bad to the bone. Fountain of speaker youth. This speaker is 750 years old. (or from the mid 90s anyway) Love it!

Not sure if this stuff is really effective. Time will tell, but all speaker surrounds seem to age and deteriorate differently.

It is what it is. takes a few coats, Best is when dry, it's not tacky or sticky.

Dried up booger of glue upon arrival!
Product arrived with inner seal not sealed. The glue had mostly dried out, only a small amount of liquid remaining in the bottom of the bottle when I attempted to extract the giant white booger. Smells like and cleans up like Elmer’s glue. Bummed that it seems like such a rip off when I’m trying to protect my subwoofer investment.
