KESOL Rustproof Sponge Holder for Kitchen Sink, Suction Cups + Adhesive

I needed this badly as I often got irritated with the kids for putting the sponge back in the soap/scrubber dish and it was always full of water. I looked at options on the side of a sink but none were quite right for our set up...Then I saw this. What I love is it is not one more thing on the counter. It is below down in the sink. And yet, it is handy. Into it I have the essentials I use so many times a day right there handy and they drain on their own. This adhered well because I used rubbing alcohol to clean the area, then waited several hours before adhering set up to sink about 10 pm at night. Letting it set over night and in the morning I remembered the tip another reviewer wrote to push the tray down STRONG until it CLICKS into the holders. Then it was completely sturdy and firm and I've used it long enough to know I'm very happy for this small perfectly practical way to hold my sink tools. So glad I chose this much less expensive simple one.

Noticed the only negative reviews were because the hooks would not fit and was sort of concerned about that, but I figured it might be one of those things where it’s the person’s fault not the product. Sure enough it was. The hook fits, yea you have to push it in there with a slight bit of force, but it definitely does fit. What those people don’t realize is that by design the hooks are like that to keep a firm hold onto the tray itself. I found it funny how mad people were about that when really it’s very very simple to make it work. Nice product sticks well, seems sturdy.

The stainless steel caddy quality is fine, the sticker was easy to install on the inside of my stainless steel sink. I initially used the small movable arm to hang on the hooks, and it did not keep the caddy in place. Anytime it was hit, it fell off or tilted off the hooks. Customer service followed up with me on my purchase, gave me the correct instructions with a picture, and I was able to snap the caddy into the hooks. They were responsive, listened to my concerns and answered my questions, and now it works great. I would recommend this.

This sponge holder is perfect for our sink. Is sticks so well, no rust, big enough to hold sponge and scrubber but not too big to get in the way. Moves easy to clean around. Love it!

Caddy is well made, attractive, and works great in the sink. We keep 2 sponges (mild abrasive and extra abrasive) and a brush in it. Installed adhesive pad with hooks is very stable. Caddy is removable to allow cleaning of sink.Company service is great, also. I changed my mind as to where in the sink I wanted to put the hook pad. Contacted Kesol with the email address on the packaging and they sent me a free replacement pad.

I have a couple of other products that I have been using to hold my kitchen sink items in the sink. The problem is after a time, all of suction cups on them have failed. It is a real pain in the butt to have to keep trying to put them back on. I bought your holder as it had a special arrangement to hold a cleaning wand. I was surprised to find that the attachment was not with suction cups, but a adhesive backing. I wiped the area I wanted it to go on with a little alcohol and placed it. I was a bit amazed at how strong the bond was. I have hit that holder a number of times with pots and such, putting them into the sink, which would have knocked down any of the old suction cup ones I had. But not yours, that thing is on like it was welded. I am very happy with your product. The only thing is you have to be sure when you place it, that it is the area you want the holder to be in, because once you place it, it is not coming off. You can remove the unit from the holder, but the holder is staying on the sink. I told my son about it as he was having the same problem, and he ordered one today. I notice a good number of people have said it keeps falling off the bracket, I think the problem is they do not realize that you have to force the holder, into the bracket that you stick onto the sink. It can look like all you do is lay the holder on top of the hooks on the bracket, as it takes A LOT OF FORCE to push them into the hooks, but once you get it in, it is not coming off for any reason.

Perspective: Ive had this caddy for 3 years and it has suited me well. Over time the hooks that hold the caddy in place loosened and the caddy would occasionally fall off the side of the sink wall. Not a huge deal, just a small inconvenience. Over time it started to happen more often because the plastic hooks completely lost their grip so I decided to replace it. Well it literally took me 3 days to get it off of the side of my sink. Using different tools to jimmy it off because the adhesive is sooo strong (which is a good thing, until you are looking to remove it). It took a razor blade and several bouts of goo gone to get the whole thing off as well as the leftover adhesive. The fact that it lasted for 3 years is a testament that it is a good product, but it lost several stars for the drama and pain and suffering it took to remove. I wont be buying another one.

This took me about 5 minutes to install from the time I opened the package from the mail so that’s always satisfying.I gave a 3 stars on “easy to assemble” because while there was no assemble, this sponge rack came with this additional wire attached that, according to the instructions, was meant to clip onto the supports adhered to the sink. I’m holding the wire up in one of my photos. While I was mock holding the wire holder around the sink sorting out where I wanted to attach, I found that this additional piece only made the holder jut farther into my sink and made the holder unstable, offering movement. Seemed like a useless addition to me. So my solution was taking a little thumb power and popping off this extra wire, and clipping the basket directly to the clasps. It’s holding great, looks sleek, and isn’t clunking around the sink. Just chuck that extra piece in the bin! Very happy with my new sponge and brush holder!UPDATE 4/23/23 (6 months later)This sponge holder is still holding strong! I haven’t had any problems with it becoming loose. She’s still sturdy as ever!

Fantastic. Love it - staying strong after 2 months. The stick on tape is very stable and really strong ( would buy just that to stick other things!). Easy to clean. No rust !!!

Totally functional. Sticks great to inside of my sink and has enough space to hold sponge a d bottle brush for baby bottles. Keeps kitchen sink area clutter free.

As described and easy installation. It stays put and don’t t think 5 hrs wait time is necessary as per its instructions. I waited about 1 hr before putting my sponge inside.

It came filthy dirty, I don't know if it had sat for so long that it got covered in dust and dirt or it was a used item and repackaged. It is small, not what I was hoping for considering the price. It is in the bin.
