Not for hardwood floors.
All in all, I suppose this would be OK for a car ride or a picnic, but my dog wasn't too impressed with the whole thing. It caused condensation under the mat, so I was happy to try it on a tile floor first. I took the advice and wet the inner liner and let it dry before using it but I don't really know if it made a difference. We used it once and let it dry. I'm sure it will come in handy if I can get my dog to lay on it again.

This pad is amazing..
This pad is amazing...not too cold, just comfortable. No water mess, and easy to use. Unfortunately, it is made of a nylon material, and my dogs refuse to lay on it. I think I might use it for myself...ha.

cooling dog pad
Works well. My dog doesnt lay on it unless she's eating a treat, for some reason, but it doesnt make a mess and it lasts for two ish days before i have to re-soak it!

A must for 90-100F summer heat
Awesome way to keep my puppy cooled in 90-100F weather. 12 week GSD and certainly a great size for mature GSD. XXL.
