KF2005 Universal Mobile Base Heavy-Duty 500Lbs (226Kg) Load Capacity 6" (150mm) Corners

I am somewhat stingy on five star reviews but this set of mobile base components earned it. First, I have a fairly large home shop with about 11 pieces of equipment on various mobile bases. Some are name brand (Grizzly, shop fox, etc.). Others are off brand purchased from Amazon and Harbor Freight. With the exception of Swamp Fox, I have found most bases disappointing. The foot leavers rarely worked and they were structurally flimsy. However, this set up proved to be comparable in quality to the ShopFox, but at a fraction of the price. First, I was surpised at how heavy the package was -- usually a good sign when deeling with metal parts. -Reasonably clear instructions. Only issue I found was the specified drill bit size for drilling the wood was far larger than necessary and could result in sloppy fit. I just sized the bit a couple millimeters larger than the bolts and it worked out fine. -- The finish on the parts was very good. Edges were smooth. Coating uniform - Welds looked heavy and good. - Assembly took about 20 minutes. - Tools used: - Measuring tape (to size base) - Table saw (to cut plywood base) - Two wrenches (ratchet and box wrench) - Philips head screw driver Overall, it was very easy to build and actually as fast as assembling the 'factory bought" bases I have around my shop. The base had no sag or flex. The foot actuated lifts worked perfectly. HINT: Size your plywood so it is just largen enough for the equipment stand legs to fit directly over the corner brackets. This will distribute the weight on the corners and prevent the plywood from sagging over time.

Sturdy enough to support my chop saw and stand. Very well made parts and everything needed to assemble other than the customer supplier wooden parts were included.

I used this for my 14" bandsaw and it worked perfectly. All you need is a piece of plywood. I used a piece of 3/4" for mine and its very sturdy. Maneuverability is decent and it levels up nice. I would definitely buy this again if the need arises.

These brackets are really solid and if you use 3/4" plywood then the whole thing is very heavy duty and you can custimize the thing to your application. The only issue is the the corners are pround from the backing brackets so either the tool is suspended by the corners or you need to make the footprint bigger.

I really like this product. I was tired of dragging my miter saw in and out of garage on to driveway so I built this simple base which works great.They are heavy duty and a good value. Only negative not the best instructions.

Easy to assemble. It works and doesn't raise the bandsaw too high. It doesn't maneuver well an a rough floor. You will need a piece of plywood.

Great product for my workshop. Have 2 of them. Note that I added anchor straps to the base. Also added Bolt nuts on the bottom and top. (This helps to keep them in place.)

Works as intended

I bought these for a floorstanding pillar drill, to maximise space in my workshop and to move the drill around to accommodate longer bits of wood. I looked at an equivalent set of wheels on the Rutlands website, which were considerably more expensive, and then saw these. After a while I started to suspect they were exactly the same made-in-China stuff, but these were just unbranded. So I took a punt and ordered the cheaper ones. They're very solidly made, and as I suspected, exactly the same as those from more expensive online tool sellers. No issues with them so far - instructions weren't marvellous, but common sense stood in. Be aware that, although the listing and pictures rather imply that you get a bit of plywood included, you don't. I used an offcut of 25mm ply on mine, and then added another offcut of 12mm ply, because I had it lying around, but the wheels will accommodate either thickness on its own. They're doing a great job so far, and I saved £25 by going for the unbranded option. Wheels are quite hard plastic, but roll satisfactorily. They're happily supporting the weight of my pillar drill, which is about 70kg. All in all, recommended.

台車のようなヤツ。持ち運ぶのが重そうなやつとかを乗せれば簡単に運ぶ事ができる。 デスクトップPCとかよく移動させる人とかにもいいかも。タイヤの部分はロックも できるので滑ってどっかいく事もない。土台の部分は木製っぽいけど耐久性はありそう。

finally...a product that is heavy duty comes with lots of mounting bolt options works and assembles like a dream... drill press is sitting proudly on top an ENGLISH instruction booklet, straight forward super easy to follow...not made out of tissue paper !!! you wont be disappointed nicely done soldier AAAAA++++

I was impressed from the moment I opened the box! These castors are made with heavy steel and well-designed. Super easy to assemble and very solid when finished. I have a very heavy General Industrial 10" Table Saw and on this base, it rolls effortlessly when I need to move it. I'll be purchasing more sets for my other equipment.

これ写真の様にガッチリと板を挟み込む様な構造で板に取り付ける為に、結構丈夫で私の用途のルーターテーブルには十分な強度、簡単に移動可能な状態になります。しかし板は自分の用途にある大きさ強度を考えて用意する必要が有ります。ルーターテーブル等使わない時は端に退けて置きたいが出す時結構大変という様な物に結構良い感じですよ。 板の部分を強度を出せば、バイクを台に乗せて簡単に移動し固定って感じも使えるかも?ですね。お値段に納得できたならば、お店ではまず見かけない商品でちょっとDIYで便利ですね。
