Gedore is a German tool brand. The Gedore Red is made in Taiwan. Gedore Blue are made in German and various Gedore factories in Europe. Both are German QC.

Are these metric and standard?

Metric. It is a Awesome tool set. Excellent quality. I love everything about this set, exspeacialy the sockets and case. Buy it. I totally recommend it. I wish that GEDORE made a SAE/ Standard/ Imperial tool set like this metric one. You can't beat the Awesome price. 😎

life time no questions ask warranty???

Don't know about the warranty, mine are perfect and I can assure you if I broke it, I would absolutely buy it again! Can't foresee breaking any of them though.
