- Lift Assisted Speaker Stand (GFW-ID-SPKR)

I purchased two of these stands to replace some cheaper On Stage brand speaker stands. These are of very solid build quality and look great. The powered piston helps with getting the speaker up in the air and I have 2 very large primary powered speakers. It wont lift it on its own because of weight but I can push them up with 1 hand and little effort. Down is just as easy . The issue (which is minor) is the speaker hole size adapter that comes with it. It is easy enough to use however it "appears" to not be as sturdy when it actually is. So while cosmetic a more solid fitting piece would be better. The cam locking is great. Setup is easy too once you figure out how to open them with little effort. Tip: start opening them upside down and turn over. The weight of these is good, while heavier than some tripods Ive used this one backs up the weight with a solid feel. I'm actually looking at purchasing 2 more for my truss system to aid in lifting the truss up. The bag that goes with these is huge. You could easily fit 3 of them in it, or 4. I currently use it for the speaker tripods and the cords for the speakers. So the bag has plenty of room. 2 in a bag though is a bit heavy so unless youre the hulk you might want to keep it at 2.

These are beautiful, well made, and awesome pro gear. Just the thing for holding up some pretty QSC's or whatever... Expensive, but worth it. Nice gas strut lift. I'll post back if they fail, but they seem like the real deal, love the look and feel so far.

The stands are good except for one thing. The orange plastic feet to the stand legs always fall out.

This stand is hefty! It is pretty heavy to lug around but it is very stable and a cinch to use. Since I solo a lot it makes life easy for me to raise and lower the speakers.

Easily twice the cost of a PAIR of standard stands, yet this one stands out in so ways and is ideal in a way most stands could never be! The extendable leg makes it easy for leveling on hilly, outdoor settings. It's all steel construction ensures it doesn't move in the slightest. And best of all, the hydraulic lift sends your speaker high overhead in a matter of seconds. Locking clasps for safety, which when released easily lower your cabinet back down. I love this stand --even if it looks like a bazooka when its compacted :)

Gator Frameworks advertise ID Series Speaker Set with Padded Nylon Carry Bag; Set of 2 Stands GFW-ID-SPRSET I received one stand no bag false advertisement . I am a professional DJ TC KOOL YO MUSIC PRO. I'm not satisfied what I received I would not oder one stand .

Great but could be better. I bought two of these and they did not come with carry bags. At this price point, they should include a bag. And they will not fit most standard bags, you need one at least 50 inches long. The build quality on these are great BUT be prepared for the weight. These stands are heavy and can probably hold heavy speakers. I’m using these on LD ICOA 12s and those will benefit from the tough build. The major issue with these are that the bottom legs are really hard to open. Be prepared to pry these really hard to get them to open full wide. The lift is great on these. They should have included some extra ties for cable management.

Je dois les décoller une à la fois. Et si le pied a passé la nuit dans l’auto à 18 degré sous zéro... oubli ça, le plastique est tellement dure qu’il devient impossible de les déclencher.
