It is sublingual bypassing the gut!!!
I have a DNA problem with folate. Being sublingual it bypasses gut and is more available to the body. I need whole folate. Folic acid is not full folate. So i love this product. Taste is good.

Does Not Dissolve As Well As Expected
This tablet is supposed to dissolve quickly under your tongue. However, I find it somewhat dry compared with other sublingual tablets I have used. It also takes longer to dissolve. I bought it because my usual brand was out of stock. I probably won't buy this again.

My Doctor put me on this for concentration and energy. I could immediately feel the difference upon taking the first one yesterday. I have never had anything instantly make me feel better. There is no bad taste and it dissolves very quickly. I took it on an empty stomach and it didn't bother me at all. I give this 5 stars for the quality and the convenience. It's also the best price I have ever seen.
