Excellent product easy to clean and durable
Excellent product very durable stainless steel very well-made fits my pint jars very well. I recommend this for everyone who likes to store things in a refrigerator and jars instead of the plastic that it comes in that's what I do with mine and I have about 25 jars that I use like we'll see everything from applesauce to prunes to yogurt and jet, blueberries, and fruit and I just love it and in the past they would get rusty and but these are excellent and by the way, some of the jars that I use for these are quart jars and they are from when I grew up I'm 83 years old and those jars are at least 100 years old or more

True stainless steel
As soon as these arrived, I pulled out my trusty magnet and none of these lids would stick to it. They've been through the dishwasher three times now (some of them, anyway) and no signs of rust. I expect them to remain that way for years. Some of the other reviews mentioned the silicone ring "doesn't fit well". It's true that out of the package the gasket didn't appear to fit, but massaging the ring around the inner part of the lid with my thumbs helped seat it properly and now it fits ... perfectly? If not perfectly, too close to perfect for me to tell the difference. Do the lids leak? I use them to store dry goods and they're airtight enough for that purpose. I can see where leaking would be a problem if you don't massage the ring into place inside the lid. Filling a jar halfway with water and tightly screwing on the lid, holding upside down and shaking, nothing comes out. Important to reiterate that these lids are *NOT FOR CANNING* so they won't SEAL like a canning ring and lid does. I've read complaints that the lids are "difficult to thread onto the jar" - I've found these lids no more difficult to thread than canning rings. If you start off cross-threaded and keep twisting, you're going to ruin the ring and this lid too. If you're encountering difficulty twisting the lid on, back it off completely, check the silicone ring and make sure it isn't twisted up somehow, and gently attempt to re-thread the lid. Muscles aren't your friend here. I bought a second set of these lids to have enough for my "keep the cat kibbles fresh" project. I recycled the rusty rings and threw away the rusty lids. Very pleased so far. The stainless steel is pretty thin, so if you abuse these lids they'll warp out of shape. Treat 'em nice for years of faithful service. ***Update*** two years later, no rust, they go through the dishwasher about every two weeks, I haven't lost one to warping yet. Still using to keep cat kibble fresh. Cheaper than two years of ziplock bags!

Great Quality!
Very nice quality. Would look awesome on a set of jars I have retained to upgrade and re-purpose, but unfortunately doesn't fit. Not sure what size to buy. Nor how to tell what size will fit. One set I bought was slightly too small, and the other slightly too big.

A bit torn but overall good
If you only need a few metal lids, buy the Ball ones, tightening and using them in general is a bit smoother and they are superior. That being said, if you need more than 3 lids, these work great and are far more economical. I purchased 24 in each size, it would have cost a fortune through ball, and the rubber seals work the same in my opinion so I have no regrets. I use 8-ounce jars for yogurt cups, and cottage cheese cups in my fridge, as well as other snacks. I often store leftovers in pint jars so they are individually sized otherwise they don't get eaten in my house. Metal appears to be stainless steel and of good quality as stated. I just got them in today and tried them out and I am impressed with them. If they begin to rust or there are any issues that I do not anticipate happening, I will certainly update this review. I hope they keep the price low as it is now ($15.98 for a 12 pack of regular or wide mouth)

A great replacement for rusty lids
These are hella nifty, but sometimes they get stuck on the bottle and it takes a lotttt of effort to get them off. Small price to pay for reusable and washable lids, the standard lids rust and these will stand up to countless runs through the dishwasher.

The silicone gaskets are not attached
The silicone gaskets are not glued in place which creates a nuisance for me. The stainless construction is very nice.

They can be washed in dishwasher and are easily stored for reuse.
I love these lids. They look nicee. They don't rust. They are reusable. I make oatmeal breakfasts overnight. I juice so these are very convenient. They serve their purpose. I don't have to throw them out after a time because they last..
