Instant relief
Instant relief on knees , not sure how long they will last , very soft and a bit flimsy but so far so good 1 week on.

They Move
The left started moving about and wasn’t comfortable, for this price, you want it to mould, nope, solid as a rock baby 👶

Didn’t work
Expensive so thought they’d work well but my son wore them to try but said they were very uncomfortable and no help. Replaced with gel ones which are brilliant he says. Disappointed no return allowed on these
