This Snake Brand Prickly Heat Cooling Powder is a total game-changer, especially during hot and humid months. I get prickly heat and irritation easily, and this powder provides instant relief. The cooling sensation is immediate and so soothing. I love the light, pleasant Sakura scent—it's not overpowering at all. I use it on my back, chest, and anywhere else I tend to get irritated, and it keeps me feeling dry, cool, and comfortable all day long. The large tin is also a great value since a little bit of this powder goes a long way. If you suffer from heat rash or just want to feel refreshed, this is a must-buy.

I get occasional hot spots, especially in summer and high humidity. It's a great item to combat areas you sweat, such as the bra line or hips. As well as helping to keep you dry, it has a nice cooling effect that is refreshing. The scent is very light and not overpowering. This does contain actual talcum powder and is very fine and easy to apply with hands or applicator. This is my third purchase, the first being in the blue/green tin, kelp complex, that also has a light scent. I have tried the French lavender and it's not for me. That one has a strong floral scent I couldn't tolerate, and I love lavender. This is a great product of Thailand and if you want good coverage and dryness give this a shot.

This powder seems to work very well. I've been using it for a few months in my undershorts and it is effective at keeping me dry. It is mentholated, so make sure you're okay with that before using.

This is going to be a very sad review because I absolutely adore this product but won't be purchasing it anymore as I try to eliminate talc from my regimen. I used to love using this to keep from "glowing" too much during the summer months - a nice layer before your undergarments go on totally keeps you comfortable and fresh all day even in the nasty heat. The camphor is also completely delightful on overheated skin and makes you feel just a little bit less overheated. And the tin is just the most darling, is it not? That's what initially caught my eye (at a grocery store in Japan town) all those years ago. Anyway, I'll be sad not to purchase one of these for the coming summer months. I'll have to find something else, but as a stop gap I'm using this on warmer days at the moment Johnson's Pure Cornstarch Baby Powder Medicated Zinc Oxide, 15 oz. - decidedly less adorable but at least there is no talc!

I have been using this product since I was a kid, growing up in Thailand I was almost like couldn’t live without this powder during summer. So t was searching to buy this product, ordered 2 of the classic formula from a different seller, they came very nicely with plastic wrap to secure the lid and for the quality seal and all, but the 2 that I order from this seller just came with no seal, no wrap. I opened the package to find one of them with loose lid and there was some powder inside the package. Totally disappointed, I will repurchase the product but definitely not from this seller.

We've been using this talc for a while now, it's great! It's really hard to find genuine talc products nowdays, but this stuff is the real deal. None of that corn starch nonsense. Unlike imitations and substitutions, talc actually works to keep your skin nice and dry in normally sweaty areas. This product has a lovely menthol cooling added, perfect for warm weather and really refreshing. I hope they never stop making or selling this product. My skin is heat rash free and very thankful.

I don't know why it took me so long to find this. This powder is great! I love the scent (no, I do not smell like an old lady). It goes on smoothly but does not dry out my skin. Absorbs wetness and prevents odors, chaffing and rashes. I use a powder puff to apply. Keeps from my forgetting its on my fingers then rubbing my eyes. This stuff is the best!

I used to use this product all the time as a child, however it's hard to find in stores now. This product provides great relief from the prickly heat feeling, especially in Australian humid summers. FYI might not be for everyone though - depends if you like the cool menthol feeling.
