Perfect Finishing Touch for Scandinavian Baking!
I bought this pearl sugar specifically to top off my homemade cardamom buns, and it was exactly what I needed. The size and texture are just rightāsturdy enough to hold up during baking without melting, and they add that classic Scandinavian look and crunch. The packaging was secure, and the quantity is generous for the price. If you're making Swedish pastries or want a decorative sugar that stands out, this is the one to get!

The authentic finishing touch for Swedish baking!
I bought Lars' Own Swedish Pearl Sugar for some traditional holiday baking, and it is exactly what I was looking for. The pearls are the perfect sizeālarge enough to provide that classic crunch and bright white look, but not so big that they feel like rocks. What really impressed me is that they are high-quality and heat-resistant. They didn't melt away or disappear into the dough while in the oven; they stayed perfectly intact and crisp on top of my cinnamon buns. If youāre a hobby baker looking for that professional, authentic finish, this is a great value. Itās a simple ingredient that makes a huge difference in the final presentation!

Excellent product!
This is a pearl sugar to use on baked goods. I use it on muffins for a little sweet crunch, sugar cookies, and bulla, a Swedish braided sweet bread. This gives a nice sweet crunch while making your baked goods look more professional. Iāve never been unhappy with this brand!!

YES PLEASE!
I have been looking everywhere for these! I love baking at home and am heavily European influenced so I have seen the way a nice challah, or Zopf or sweet bread of any sort should look (and I know what it should taste like too .. I grew up with them!). These worked PERFECTLY! They didnāt burn or melt even in hot temperatures (they were on this challah the whole time it baked) and they made the bread taste that much sweeter. Literally. Plus it gives it a super professional look. Highly recommend!

So glad I found these
I have a recipe for Swedish coffee buns that was handed down from my grandmother and I've passed it to my children. The hardest part for years was trying to find this sugar in stores. I'm so glad I searched on Amazon! I bought some for me as well as my children. We've used it to sprinkle it on top of the coffee buns and now the recipe matches the original one.

Perfect Topper for sweet rolls, Cinnamon Buns and Iced Cakes
I used this Swedish Pearl Sugar on top of cinnamon rolls. They looked just like the bakery's. The sugar is not too sweet, and not very large, almost like Kosher salt size. Will be ordering a lot more since now I can use it to top a myriad of baked goods (cupcakes, decorate cookies for the holidays, ahh, only the imagination is the limit). Absolutely worth the $$$. Besides, I couldn't find it in any of the local stores nor anywhere where Wilton products are sold.

There is more than one size/shape of Lars pearl sugar
This isn't the same as the last Lars pearl sugar I bought. These "pearl" look about the size and shape of soft pretzeƱ salt. Perfect for topping pastries but It worked only okay for the Belgian waffles. I can't find anything that shows a different kind from them but the last box I bought was definitely more pearl like

Wonderful pes
Excellent Swedish pearl sugar! It is the perfect finish for my newest obsession - Swedish pastries! Whether you bake the buns with the pearl sugar on top or you add it after, it provides the perfect crunch. I often add a bit of sugar before baking and a sprinkle when the pastry comes out. Yum!!
