Good cover for wheelchair user.
It does what it says on the packet. Keeps person warm in wheelchair and gives some waterproof protection as it is only covering up to the waist. Very pleased with product.

Warm and waterproof
Not used it yet, put it on the wheelchair to check the fit and it looks to do the job. Good quality material, like that it's waterproof with a fleece inside its cosy and warm. The zip did get stuck, take care not to jam the material inside when doing it up.
