The space available and design in my opinion would work well as a diaper bag. The side compartments would easily hold baby wipes and baby binkies/pacifiers. As for the other compartments, everything that I carry (the girl stuff) fits snugly, again without any shifting. To me, it has a fashionable look for daily out and about.
