I’ve tried numerous energy/caffeine gummies, bars, and candies over the past few years. While those give me an immediate boost of energy, they are not long lasting. For me, NeuroGum lasts several hours of alertness and sustained energy. I forget I take one of the mints, until I notice that I’m not yawning or having trouble concentrating mid morning and I may take another one early evening. I’ve only used the extra strength, peppermint mints. The flavor is a little strong for me, but I chew it up quickly and am pleased for the hours of being able to maintain my energy level, concentration, and stay focused. I definitely recommend for those who are looking for something more long lasting vs the quick boost of energy.

Caffeine mints are a nice idea and I've often found between 65-80mg is useful for a variety of purposes including combination with NSAIDs or Paracetemol for assisting with headache. There is also research showing the synergistic benefits of L-theanine and caffeine that do not occur when either is taken alone. However... this product has 100% of the RDI of Vitamin B12, aka cyanocobalamin and 1/4 the RDI of Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine). This means if you consume more than one per day you will begin overdosing on neurotoxic vitamins that you're likely receiving through a healthy diet. The inclusion of this high a dose of B vitamins is dangerous and irresponsible. Take it from someone who has actually overdosed on B6 before, a week of neuropathic pain is not fun. The instructions say "take as needed" which is equivalent to saying "take as may vitamins as you feel like..." - never a good idea. The quality of the tin is bad. Powder leaks out when the tin is closed. The mints seem well manufacturered and have a nice size and shape. The mint flavour is OK but not great. This would be a nice product if it wasn't so dangerous and misleading.

I thought I was buying the gum, but ended up with these. They are just okay. The mints are pretty hard and once you do crack them open the taste I strong. The case is much too hard to open. Sometimes the case doesn’t open all the way, and other cases fall apart. I plan to stick with the Neuro gum, which is nice because you can get it in large packs for home use, and small bubble packs for away.

Excellent mints. They have replaced my morning coffee. I have great focus and energy. Great new product! I use them daily.

Ok this mints are super strong I had to cut them in half! They work that’s for sure!
