Here is a short guide to the bands, their resistance, and recommended movements:Yellow: 2-15 lbs. Very light resistance for shoulders, bicep and tricep movements or rehabilitation excercises, mainly for women.Red: 5-35 lbs. light to Medium resistance for shoulders, bicep and tricep movements or rehabilitation excercises, for women or men.Black: 10-50 lbs. Medium to heavy resistance for shoulders, bicep and tricep movements or rehabilitation excercises, mainly for stronger women or men.Purple: 25-80 lbs. Assisted pull ups for men and light weight or strong women, higher resistance upper body movements.Green: 50-120 lbs. Assisted pull ups for men and most women and leg or back movements.Blue: 60-150 lbs. Assisted pull ups for heavier or weaker men and heavy leg or back movements.Orange: 70-175 lbs. Pretty much just for heavy duty power lifters or dead lifts with a band.
