Zingy and crunchy
Great pickles, love the onion with the beetroot. Was surprised that the beetroot was in small cubes and uncertain how that would work on a sandwich. I needn't have worried, worked well - try with salad cream on a sandwich.

It's all vinegar with a few chunks of beetroot, and missing the onion
I opened the can to what seemed like two small servings of beetroot .... no onions at all, and mostly vinegar. Very expensive for what it is. Won't buy again.
