Does it come with the blanking plugs?

Yes the drain inlet/outlets were all fitted with blanking plugs.

The picture shows a circular cover, the description says square cover, which is it?

Mine arrived circular, best of luck.

What height is each riser please?

Hi, approx 24cm. All 3 put my water pipe 750mm down from the top. Hope that helps.
