The warranty time had already expired, and the machine needed something replaced, I called the seller to see where I could purchase the part and they sent it to me completely free of charge, even after the warranty had expired. I bought it with SUMEVE.

For some reason the thinner poly bags didn't seal well. Those bags didn't seal well with other devices either. Only impulse sealers worked. The thicker nylon looking bags do real well and that is what we use now and I'm really happy. The back has removeable panel for gaining access to the moving parts and motor. That panel isn't a tight fit and when the machine runs makes a loud noise. I inserted some cardboard in the gaps and that lessened the noise. I also greased the gears. You can set the speed for the belt. Too fast and the seals will have kinks. After switching to the thicker bags, this is the only machine I use. Very happy with it. It is a little noisy though.

I have personally owned and worked with dozens of sealers over the course of 15 years including some dating back to the early 1980s. This is by far the worst equipment I have ever received both on amazon and in purchasing commercial equipment in my entire career. It's instruction manual is basically, these are the parts, put it together. There is holes drilled to incorrect sizes rendering the screws ineffective, the rod that turns the conveyer is unable to go straight so it grinds against the top gears, the max seal speed is about 5 bags a minute because it cannot hold temp, the digital temperature set is a pain to use and no doubt was more expensive and vastly less convenient than a standard analog dial, the cooling fan blasts from the motor department directly below into whatever you are sealing which sprays dust and metal shavings on and in bags. The device looks like it was made 25 years ago and has been sitting in a box, and the people selling it didn't even bother rebranding the device to their new name, the conveyer also came uneven and skips. I can forgive one issue as an error, but this seems systematically sloppy and haphazardly put together. Avoid this nightmare.

This sealer works great. Comes with instructions but the machine is pretty much plug and play. We've been using for 3 months and had no problems. This is a great replacement for impulse sealers, which we were using before. The only downside is that you have to wait 2 minutes for it to heat up, so we keep an impulse sealer close by to do quick seals from time to time.

I am very happy with this company. Our sealer had an issue within the 1 year warranty, and the company staffs helped us trouble shoot the machine and event went ahead to promptly send us a new machine. Their customer service is great and we are very happy that the company took the responsibility to make sure the machine is working.

When the machine works, it's great. first one purchased May 2021; broke in September 2021. Heating element doesn't heat up. Amazon was nice enough to replace that one since we had no way of getting a hold of the manufacturer. Even Amazon even tried contacting the manufacturer. Replacement received October 2021, now it's July 2021 and the 2nd machine is broken. I just want a functional machine. It's a lot of hassle to pack the machine up and send it in. In both cases, the heating element does not heat up so I can't seal any bags.

We have purchased a total of two of these sealers for closing printed foil pouches. MUCH faster than the old method. Had an issue with the first unit, but customer support responded within 30 minutes to address my problem.
