Creamy, easily to apply and richly pigmented! I just received the Black Berry liner and it is beautiful! I used to have other Palladio liners and very much loved them, but moved away from using them when they stopped being available in my local stores. I was (and am) searching for a color that is a rich, dark plum brown and decided to take a chance on purchasing this liner. While it is not the color I had in mind, I love it! True to my memory, Palladio colors are gorgeous to apply - smooth, no drag, rich and creamy. Can easily be used as either a liner OR lipcolor! I would highly recommend this Black Berry if you are looking for a mix of plum and dark rich brick red - a mix that is truly beautiful. I plan to use this as a liner AND to use it with gloss for a full lip color.

The product is great. I have ordered this 7 times. Every time I have received item sealed in original plastic like a new cosmetic. This time, after waiting more than a week for delivery in Alaska, I received someone’s return. No plastic. The item stuck in a plastic bag and the pencil clearly used. I used Clinique lipliner for years and got tired of paying so much for it when I found this a few years back. In comparison, it works exactly the same. But as amazons quality control has became nonexistent, it’s a 50/50 chance if you will receive a new item or a used one.
