Geneinno Underwater Scooter Dual Propellers

It seems from the reviews that this product is hit and miss with respect to motors suddenly freezing, in fact, it happened with one of the 2 I ordered. But, get your hands on a working model and: OH BOY is this thing fun. I'm 6'3, 240lbs and it pulls me like I was shot out of a cannon. In fact, it pulls me and my 2 boys holding on to my legs. It is so much fun and exhilarating. I highly recommend it

Life in the Carribean, purchased for sons birthday, as other have reported worked great a few times and then one of the motors stopped working, it was like it wanted to turn but just won’t spin. Website is so strict, it is clear they know there is an issue with the scooter. Be very cautious purchasing this item, it seems hit or miss if you get a good one or a defective one, otherwise and expensive ornament. Update: manage to ship back to the USA company, I could appreciate the current Covid 19 issues but they have had scooter for 3 months with returning anything, all emails are meet with let’s pass the email to someone else. Not only I m out money for scooter and shipping but likely not even a broken scooter.

I bought this just before our beach trip a few weeks ago. I thought it would be fun for my 5 & 7 year old (And for me!). I looked at all of the other water scooters and kept coming back to this one. It is smaller and far more portable than others I looked at. I was happy with how fast it pulled even me through the water at 230lbs. The battery charges much faster than I expected. The design is really nice and make maneuvering underwater very smooth. The safety buttons on it were also nice for my kids. As an adult it would be nice to be able to turn it on or off if you wanted to use just one hand. The bag itself is very basic and does not offer much protection so it might be best to buy a new bag or just pack it in your luggage. I also found the go-pro mount very handy and even tested it with my waterproof camera case. I will post the videos. Great for adults and kids alike. We will be using in the pool all summer long! Cant wait to see what this company comes out with next.

Super fun! Bought in February and it's still doing great! Took it from Virginia to Cancun and it was a hit at the resort. I went snorkeling in their cove daily and I was able to chase fish and all sorts of sea life. We we're stirring up so many fish that the pelicans started to dive bomb the water within 5 ft of us!! Amazing time. Brought it back home and having having fun with my kids in our salt water pool. Just remember to rinse out the motors if you use in salt water. I do this by running the hose with a jet sprayer and then turning on the motors and holding each under the hose for about a minute. The salt built up will corrode and kill the motors if you don't clean it.

Very disappointing....we purchased 2 of the version of this that's "less" rated so we bought this one thinking/ expecting the battery to stay charged for more than 10-15 minutes..... NOPE! It does have 2 speeds, but if you use the faster mode the battery drains in about 7 minutes. Keep in mind it takes several hours to recharge, so it's not worth the money or hassle of lugging them around (these are heavy!). We tried to purchase "spare" batteries, but the only option was well over $150 EACH!! Don't waste your money on these.... you'll be disappointed!!!

I bought one of these for a 3 week trip to the Caribbean and it was great and enjoyed by everyone in the family. Have not yet experienced any of the motor failure issues others have experienced. Will update review if I do. This thing is really quite fast and it's very enjoyable being able to dive to the bottom with almost no effort.

Didn't think it would be a problem for me. Guessed that others just had bad luck or weren't taking care of their scooters. I bought 3 of these-- all 3 had one of the motors quit working. One right out of the box, one after a month, and the most recent lasted 3 1/2 months. Just get one of the big single prop scooters and sacrifice a little speed for a better built product. Seriously.

How does the company expect me to use this when charger and cords are not included? Rather difficult. I was expecting to use this in the next few days when visiting my son and his kids. I had to order the battery and cords separately in order to make sure I had these very quickly. Not sure how long it would have taken to get another unit and if it would have all the needed parts.
