My grandson likes to built with popsicle sticks. The notches help keep his project together until he gets it too big or tall. The sticks need to be glued together at some point in order to build a structure over 12 inches tall or larger. Otherwise, color is good, some sticks splinter, but most are smooth.

These came right on time for my preschool class! There are many that come in this package so it’s perfect! The perfect size and a great value! They are going to look so cute for the housing project we are doing!

I needed some fun popsicle sticks to build our log cabins for our USA homeschool project. The kids had been learning about how log cabins were made and wanted the option for fun colors to build our own. Great quality, held up to multiple nine year old kids, and held up to our hot glue mess!

This is now the second time I purchased these craft sticks. The first package was for a class project at my son's school. We were making snowflakes, glued together, which worked perfectly with the cutout patterns. I noticed a lot of sticks were broken, but thought it may have just been the batch. Since we had enough sticks for the children to complete their craft, I just overlooked. Fast forward to August, 2020, I buy the package again. My son has an obsession with Friday the 13th and Halloween Movies so we wanted to make a cabin for Crystal Lake. Again, many of the sticks are unusable, and the cuts are not even so when you put the sticks together, you have inconsistent spacing. These would work just fine if you were doing a project where it doesn't requiring interlocking, but if you are trying to do a project where they connect, I would probably suggest another brand. I used this type of cut out/interlocking craft stick as a kid and don't remember them being difficult to use, and I'm 40 now. I don't think I'll be giving this product a third try.

Works great

We bought them to make Sukkahs to decorate for Sukkot. While they do interlock, and so many and bright beautiful rainbow colors, it did require hot glue for sturdiness. Great fun for kids.

Love these sticks

The idea is a good one. Rainbow colors. Wood. Notches for building. In reality these are very difficult to handle let alone create anything other than something very simple. These sticks just don't cooperate with your imagination. We bought them for our grandsons but were very frustrated with trying to construct even a little 4 wall structure. Flimsy. Floppy. Not fun. Disappointed. Abandoned quickly. Packed up and returned.
