A: Revolve the rod and it will start extending so that you can fix it, or you can also use the drill to fix it at a single location.

A: Try to work around the other end of the rod, by revolving it from the end where rubber support is provided, it's a screw type mechanism

A: Yeah,i bought it it can easily handle 75kg but it swim

A: It can be used without drilling as well. It has rubber supports at both the ends, you need to tighten the rod by revolving it and it will work.

However you can also use drill for fixation of rod at a single place, this will ensure more sturdiness.
