YES!!! THESE!!!
Outstanding quality and fun to experiment with the neons. Fantastic variety in this set. Well worth the price vs quality. Love the neon colors and they do glow in UV blacklight.

Fantastic quality!
These are fantastic! I use these alongside Daniel Smith and, as a hobby painter, hardly notice a difference. The colors are vivid, wet easily, and mix well. I especially love adding the glitter paints into my projects.

¡YES PLEASE! - ¡These paints are a YES all around!
This is a fantastic set of paints for the money. Here are my personal highlights: • They reconstitute (to a nice buttery consistency) quite well if you prefer to apply the “pure paint” to the paper or if you want to mix a larger amount of your own creation of a color and want it to stay concentrated. • They are indeed highly pigmented and do not have the curse of the “cheap paint filler haze” as you paint with them. • They interact well with salt, of course for best results, you sparingly apply the salt to the freshest water + paint areas as you go and then stop touching and/or moving that area. • They interact and mix well with other watercolors, specifically in my case, I generally use fine art, higher quality, genuine pigment, tube paints. These MozArt paints have mixed, influenced, and interacted well with all the other paints I use and have done well on and adhered to all of the many many varied media surface types I work on. • I was very surprised and delighted with the brightness and the transparency of the neon colors in particular! I would very very much love to buy them in tube form, were they available, because I can envision lots of applications I would have for them. • The metallic colors are excellent as well. They work great as a finishing shimmer on top if the painting or mixed right in with the rest of your color of choice. When whetted appropriately, they are opaque and make for a snazzy signature on the front of your painting! Bottom line: Yes, these paints are worth your time, money, and effort. When used on and with a medium or nicer quality paper, you will not be disappointed in their pigmentation, consistency, intensity, mixing possibilities, and overall level of snazziness.

Great watercolors for beginners & beyond
This is an awesome set of watercolors. I have never tried a Gansai Japanese style based paint. I am so glad that I chose this set to buy & try before investing in higher priced paints. This set is very high pigmented. It comes with 26 reg colors, 6 neon colors, & 8 metallic colors. I've not had an issue at all with pigment to paper...any kind of paper that i've used, 100% cotton to even thick notebook paper. I did have an issue with the #25 hyacinth violet. It had 6 deep bubbles in it down to the bottom of the pan. Which means I got less paint in that pan. I could see the bottom of the pan through the paint bubbles. I'm guessing this was a manufacturing issue. I haven't contacted them or anything about it just so you know. If I do, I will update to let you know what comes of it unless they reach out to me first. Anyway, the paints are very vibrant especially the neon colors. I love the neons from this set more so than from the other 20+ watercolor sets I own. They stand out so well. Then we have the metallic colors... they're just as vibrant as the neon colors are. The GLITTER effect is definitely there! The white even showed up on white paper.(plz see photos) The paints blend well & I highly suggest these for any beginning watercolor artist. This set has all the primary & secondary colors you would need plus anything extra you could want.

OMG, my newest obsession! 😍
When I first purchased, these, I wasn’t expecting very much having never heard of the brand before. But look at those colors, they’re beautiful. I swatch the entire pallet and found some of my favorites. Paynes gray isnt a gray. It has a blue undertone, beautiful. There are vibrant metallics, some of which are more vibrant than others like metallic purple kind of came out a little dull but metallic gold., absolutely shines. There are neon colors which I really love the green is a little muted and but the rest are really good. The other colors that are in the pallet are really nice. beautiful blues, greens. The turquoise green is really beautiful. I think it’s just turquoise, but I it looks more to the green side to me but maybe others would say blue. I think this pallet has much to offer and I can’t wait to paint my first painting with it. I absolutely love the colors and I even tried removing colors once they were laid down. I was successful in removing a color by you know going in and scrubbing it a bit and then using a towel to dab it off. It took about three times but it worked. Will definitely buy again.... :)LOVE😍

Mozart watercolor paints 40 colors are wonderful
I like Mozart watercolors and have bought there other paint sets the colors are vibrant, blend well. I never thought I would like metallic and neon as much as I do these. Iv used metallic before but these are exceptional and the neon remind me of the old posters. Im glad I bought this paint set its one of my favorites now

Delightful beginner’s paints
I’m a beginner painter, but appreciate the amazing quality of the paints. They are wonderfully pigmented and do not dry chalky. They’re vibrant and fun to learn with.

Nice selection of colors. Payne's Grey is not able to stay in the pan - it leaks out.
Mostly a good product with one note-worthy exception. POSITIVES: a nice selection of colors. The neons and metallics are very fun. Comes with a piece of paper prepared so you can paint the colors into labeled spaces for good reference. And a plastic panel helps you keep a little airspace above the pans when you close the lid. NEGATIVES: this set arrives with the Payne's Grey having "leaked" across the other paints in its row (see photo). Oddly the paint peeled back off the plastic panel and I could put it back in the pan - it was still soft and moldable. It moistened well and I painted a sample. Then I let all the pans stay open and dry out for 2 days. I then wondered if the Payne's Grey would do the leaking thing again. It didn't seem to have dried hard like it should have. I removed the pan and put it on its side on a white piece of paper. Over 2 days it very slowly globbed out onto the paper (see photo). I think it may have too much gum arabic in it? Anyway it won't solidify. I am going to remove all of it from the pan and fill that pan with my own tube paint of Payne's Grey so it'll solidfy properly before I travel with it. I also plan to test a few other pans in a similar way. A few colors still feel tacky to the touch even 4 days after being left in the open air. While they hadn'l leaked like the Payne's Grey I will test them before I travel with them. One other minor nit-pick is that some of the pans are not full. This happens (I think) when they fill the pans but don't wait until after they are dry to top them up (after the wet paint contracts as it dries) and then finalize the drying. This results in a concave pan of paint with a space that could have been filled with paint. A minor thing but one not seen in higher quality pans. I think overall it'll be a good travel kit once I work out which paints are not drying to a true firm pan-paint. And I might "top up" a few colors if I have a good match (or travel with the tubes of those colors to refill from). I was torn between a 3 and a 4 star rating but felt the paint failure needed to be noticeable on the ratings so I went with a "3"

Great value and excellent beginner set!
I really love this set of watercolours! The packaging was great and the tin that all the watercolours come in is such a nice addition. The tin keeps the watercolours in one place, and a swatch sheet is included as well. The swatch sheet is so helpful, because these watercolours are so pigmented in the pan that it's hard to tell its true colour! These watercolours are very pigmented and vibrant! You can pick up the colour very easily on your brush and they're very beginner friendly! I love the addition of the neon colours and the metallic colours. The metallic colours are a little harder to pick up on your brush, but they're still vibrant and very shimmery. I've included pictures, and a finished piece that I painted using only this watercolour set! My only complaint would be they are a little difficult to blend. But for the price, this is an insanely good deal. I highly recommend this set, especially for beginners. The metallics and the neons are also a bonus and super fun to play with!

These are amazing for the price
I love the vibrancy and the range of colors we get for the price. The paynes grey is a delight to work with. The pan size is also much bigger which is nice. I would definitely recommend.
