Does this come with glue?

No it does not. I recommend I-envy super strong hold eyelash adhesive, I believe it’s like 4 or 5 dollars on amazon. Another good lash glue is Kiss

Can you sleep with these on without them bending? If they bend, how can you fix them? Or do you need to use a new pair each day?

I don't recommend sleeping with them on as they can bend. I take mine off every night and pull off dried glue and reapply them in morning ...they last for about 2 weeks or more if you don't use mascara

How many pairs are in each package?

It should have a picture of what is in the package. They come in packs of 4 or 6. They may have a 3 pair package.

Not that long. I was disappointed. They are about the same as the Demi wispies. I wanna order them again.
