Kent combs, including this one, are well worth their higher price. My primary reason for spending more on a Kent comb was because I simply wanted a comb that would not scratch my scalp, and this Kent comb does not scratch my scalp. An added, benefit of this (and any other Kent comb) is how well it is made. It should last many years with proper use. And finally, and I have no idea why this is, but for some reason my hair actually is more manageable, and feels, and looks better since I have been using this comb. Maybe it is the material it is made of, or perhaps the way the comb's surface is finished (all the surfaces are extremely smooth). Or maybe it is the precise spacing and length of the teeth. WHO KNOWS? What I do know, is Kent combs are probably one of the finest combs available today, and worth their higher price.

This is the perfect small comb for your purse or pant pocket if you have short, or short thin hair. It's very well made. I'm going to order a 2nd one.

This is a very nice comb. It’s so beautiful and has a nice feel in the hand. It blows cheap plastic combs out of the water. It’s so smooth and the teeth have no sharp or ragged edges that can catch and break hair. It’s the perfect size for my purse. I have had a larger very similar nylon comb for probably 30-35 years that I use at home every day. They last forever and are worth every penny. As someone who has had knee length hair twice in my adult life and more recently classic length, I care about quality hair tools. This is certainly one of the most high-quality combs I have purchased.

Works just fine. Smooth with no pulling. Pay attention to the size description. It is small.

I went on to buy some mens combs and saw so many for sale. Then I saw the Kent comb and it said hand made. That caught my interest because I thought to myself what advantage is there with this comb. I watch a video of the Kent comb and the fellow explain, its smooth hand saw cut and polished. Well why not give it a try. I ordered two 3 packs. They come in a beautiful package with the story of the comb, but the best part was using it. It slides through your hair without pulling or the comb blades pulling your hairs or digging into your scalp. One pull through of the comb and I knew I made the right purchase. I won't settle for a molded comb ever again. I only wish I had switch to a Kent comb earlier in my lifetime. I had to share this review because they are so good its easy to recomend. Great product! Fits a purse easily and you can carry it around everywhere with you. It does not pull your hair at all and the quality is very good. Its an easy to use comb that is sturdy.

When I moved my parents I found one of the old small black men's comb in a junk drawer. That comb had definitely seen better days and since my 91-year old dad has no hair and it was obvious it hadn't been used I tossed in in the trash. Several months have gone by and recently my dad asked if I'd seen his comb. I busted up laughing and asked why he needed a comb, you know since he had no hair. He said he uses it for his moustache and beard. I didn't have the heart to tell him I chucked it. I fibbed and said I hadn't seen it but I would get one for him. I did a lot of research and came upon this Kent comb and was impressed with the description and positive reviews. I placed the order and received it within a few days (I opted to push delivery date out so that multiple items could ship in a single box). I opened the package and immediately noticed and appreciated the craftsmanship. I was proud to present the comb to my dad, he tried it immediately and smiled. I knew he was happy and that's all that matters!

Great little pocket comb, pleased I lost my original comb, this has been a great replacement. My 8 year old likes me combing his hair with it, he’s disabled so this says everything when it’s not a battle and he’s laughing and not crying. Teeth are not sharpe like some other production so if you have any dry skin doesn’t get ripped off. Feels very smooth when using on your beard, will comb hair but if you have think hair, you’ll be better off with something bigger. Any oily product used make it dirty quickly and due to the colour can be unnoticeable to start with, cleaning can take some time if you don’t keep on top of it. Perfect pocket size, did take me a while to make the decision to purchase but I’m glad I did as it’s definitely worth the money, well made and robust. Not worried at all that it’ll be in my pocket and snap! Short to medium length hair, does get those knots out and will tug and snag from time to time. You still won’t regret buying one!

Small size for in the pocket. Ideal for someone with a short beard like I have. Easier to carry around than a beard brush. Great quality. Doesn’t pull on the hairs. Doesn’t tangle. Great purchase.
