Survey Marker - 4 Pack - Low Profile Survey Stakes (Hi-Vis Orange)

I bought these to mark the edges of my septic tanks as they become overgrown with grass between servicing every three years. Now, the grass not only overgrows the septic tank but these too! Oh well, it was a good but not well thought out idea. Regardless, these are very high quality survey markers. Paired with the giant round washers (which I thought would hold the grass at bay), they are robust and highly visible (grass notwithstanding). Depending on your need, these can be very useful markers. They certainly won't rust away in the ground. Giving 5 stars for quality of the product, even though my use case for them is, at best, questionable.

I recently purchased a set of survey stakes and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. These stakes are made from heavy gauge metal, which gives them a durable and sturdy feel. The bright orange paint makes them easy to identify and locate on the job site, even from a distance.

Worked out for what we needed.

Just be sure to use a hard rubber mallet or just grab a scrap piece of wood and your regular hammer. If you spend money on a survey these are a must have so that you never have to do it again. Even after the markers above ground are gone in time just grab a metal detector and go to the approximate corner or line you are trying to locate and these will make it easy to find. Bright orange when viewed from above but will not obstruct mowing or trimming. Highly recommend.

Just bought a house and needed to replace the survey flags with markers. I was pleased when these arrived because they are steel and heavy duty. The florescent orange head will be easy to spot as the years go on. I keep my yard mowed so it gives me guidance when maintaining the property. There 4 stakes for the 4 survey points. I didn't know these existed and I needed to get rid of those ugly flags. I used a mallot to push into the soil. It had just rained so it was easy to bury these and they haven't budged since installed. I'm a happy customer.

I LOVE that this is made here in the USA!!!!! The instuctions were great...they made it very clear what not to use and use to install the product! I also loved the little note indicating that their kids help! We need MORE of this . Next spring I will see how well they held up paint wise with our winter here in the UP of MI.

These are exactly as described. They worked beautifully to permanently mark the location of our buried internet line to prevent accidentally severing the line during landscaping projects. I would highly recommend.

These stakes were perfect to mark our underground piping. Easy to put in the ground without any tools. If you were to need tools, I would use a rubber head hammer.

Excellent quality and bright colour mine pushed easily into the ground but don’t hit the top with a hammer it will chip the paint they make sure you know that in the packaging.
