No tiene ningún tipo de sabor (como es normal). Es efectiva y tiene un precio adecuado.

It has a bad fish odor and on the ad they say it’s 5g creatine what I got is 3g with the fish smell very bad and they don’t replace it or refund what a scam

El mejor suplemento deportivo demostrado
Después de 2 meses tomándola, puedo decir que funciona perfectamente. Comencé a notar ligeros resultados a partir de la segunda semana. No sabe a nada con lo que es perfecta para tomar sola con agua aunque cuesta algo de mezclar, aunque aconsejo más hacerlo con yogur. Tiene un cacito, que os muestro en la foto, que carga 5gr exactos (lo pesé) que es la dosis diaria "aconsejada". Aunque yo aconsejaria unos 3gr los primeros días (para que el cuerpo se adapte y evitar problema digestivo, diarrea, etc) e ir aumentado la dosis hasta llegar a 0.1gr de creatina diario por kilo de peso corporal. También aconsejo verter el kilo en un recipiente o cualquier tupper, es algo engorroso estar abriendo y cerrando la bolsa. Y poco más que añadir. Actualmente, es más barata que en la propia web de myprotein, y más teniendo en cuenta que ahí hay que pagar 6€ de gastos de envío para compras pequeños, por lo que totalmente recomendable.
