Yamato Nori Rice Sticking Paste- 220g Tube

I used this for paper mache, and it worked great, I even mixed with a tiny bit of water. It comes out like gel, and I must say that the way it dispenses from the tube makes it a real joy to use. I also have a jar of similar paste, but I'll reach for the tube every time for 'ease of use' factor. There is a lot of paste in this tube size, but I'd buy it again when I run out.

I'm using this to glue together papercrafts. Currently using this to make a character from an anime. Glue comes out of the tube just fine. No real hassle with a mess either. If the paste gets on your hands it's very easy to get off. Dries relatively quickly when used in tiny amounts. Which is great for pasting paper together, especially small/tiny parts.

If you want Nori paste then this is a great buy. As a general paper adhesive its probably expensive compared to other alternatives but I wanted it for chine colle and it does a great job.

This is a staple in most Japanese grocery stores, dollar stores and stationary stores. For some reason is extremely pricy online even though it is literally just wheat/rice starch glue. It's good for projects that need to remain flexible or that you want to dry slowly. You can use it on paper or cloth, which I do. You do need to be careful as it can attract insects longterm since it's a starch product but for most uses it's probably fine.

I saw a video where someone used this glue to decoupage and thought I would give it a try. I love how smooth it brushed on. It worked better than other mediums because it is not as wet so I didn't have to worry as much about tearing. It does clean up very easily with water so I would seal any projects that might get wet.

Should be in every home’s adhesive drawer. So many uses.

Good for keeping needlepoint thread from fraying

Works great for rice paper repairs. My job was small replacing torn rice paper on my wind chime, but it worked just like the product I used for shoji screen repairs when I lived in Japan.

Ho acquistato questa colla per fare collage professionale. Cercavo quindi un prodotto non acido, che asciugando non rimanesse lucido e che permettesse l'eventuale riposizionamento. Devo dire che questa colla è super! Si può usare con le dita, col pennello e si può diluire senza perdere adesione. Cosa molto importante non è tossica, asciuga lentamente ed ha una finitura opaca. Non essendo tossica, la possono usare anche i bambini. Permette di incollare tutti i tipi di carta leggera senza bagnarla. La sto usando da ormai diverso tempo e mi ritengo soddisfatta
