This device connects the two earphones fine, connects to the phone fine, but as soon as I start doing anything more than holding my head entirely motionless, the sound cuts out at random intervals on either side. Cannot use for walking, running, anything. Cut out even when just sat or lying down. Absolutely regret purchasing.

Can't say I'm massively impressed as I'll be returning these shortly. The audio is clear and set up is easy. The arphones are comfortable and stay in the ear nicely. However the sound in the right earphone keeps breaking up, it also doesn't charge properly. The earphones and charging case feel cheap and flimsy.

Not sure how they manage to maintain a rating this high. Within an hour of use I noticed the right bud was cutting out constantly, and i tried all the usual things to fix it (reconnecting, keeping distance between handset and bud to a minimum, trying different devices) - they just don't do what they claim on the description, should probably change it, not worth paying 25 quid for a thing that doesn't actually work

Im so heart broken I lost one of these, I use them for audio books, working out, videos however taking calls is a nightmare with all the reverb on the recievers end.

Arrived broken. Bluetooth connectivity for the right earpod fails constantly. Charging for the right earpod also sometimes fails. Not a good investment.

The sound quality is great, however the actual headphone is much bigger than the photo, it does not fit snug in the ear like the photos show. I don't have small ears, I never normally have a problem with headphones. I also fully charged the headphones and within 10 minutes of listening to music it told me to charge the headphones again. I am a bit disappointed with these headphones.

Sound is good but I found the unit large, clumsy and just wouldn’t stay in my ear and design was disappointing.

Can’t give any better score than 1 star as the right ear bud had an intermittent fault and as soon as you let it go it stopped working. The ear buds were returned to Amazon. Return procedure with Amazon was simple.
