Review: Laser Printer Perfect So Far - HP LaserJet M602X CE993A Laser Printer I ordered this printer from WS Electronics. The printer arrived in record time - before promised dates. However, the order did not include the toner and/or USB cable. Which I later found out that the cable was not to be included. I contacted the shipper, spoke to Val at WS. She was very helpful - she apologized and sent out the cable anyways for our trouble and I received it the next day (great customer service). She also mentioned that they were not aware that the toner was to be included in the purchase. Val immediately ordered the toner and had it sent out from their vendor. I received it two days later. I was then able to finish my installation process and test the printer. It is working great so far. I give 5 thumbs up to Val and WS - would give 10 if available. :)

**Q: Does this printer have scan capabilities?**
A: The HP M602X printer is NOT capable of scanning as it is a "printer only" unit.  You would need a multi-function printer (MFP) that is capable of print, copy, scan functionality.

**Q: Can this printer handle 11 x 17" paper?**
A: No this printer does not print 11x17. The M602 or any 600 series models only print traditional sized paper { Letter (8.5 × 11 inches),   Legal (8.5 × 14 inches) }

**Q: are there two trays and is it duplex printing?**
A: the M602X comes with an additional tray and a duplexer as well, for double-sided printing.
