I have a Saluki who has become fuzzy after neutering. Would this remove the fuzz?

YES. I have a Scottish Terrior and use it to remove the soft undercoat. It does a good job. Should work well for a saluki.

What would you recommend for an Irish Wolfhound?

Mars says: 18 blade double comb for Irish Wolfhound http://marsgroomingproducts.com.au/pet-grooming-products/coat-king/mars-coat-king-18-blade-double-wide

Can the blades be sharpened or replaced? Where are replacement blades available?

There are replacement blades available here on Amazon. Search for Mars Coat King Spare Blades. Thank you!

What Mars Coat King do you recommend for an Exotic Shorthair Cat or Persian Cat?

I really liked the Mars Coat King at the beginning but it removed to much hair off of my chocolate lab. It removed almost all of her chocolate from her lower back. It didn't take all of her hair, she is tan on her lower back. I really think it would be good though if you only brush them twice a week. I overused it completely because I used to comb her daily. It was my fault. I should have stopped when I first noticed her changing color.
