Barkeepers friend: a true friend in the kitchen
This is an excellent product. We use it primarily on our glass, top stove, and it works better than anything we’ve ever tried. Even tough burnt on stuff will come off. You the barkeepers friend soak into the tough burnt stain for just a couple minutes, and you won’t have very much trouble at all scrubbing the stain off. We use it for a long time now and it really works so well!

Better than the competition but has the formula changed?
I've tried several cooktop cleaners and this one has been the most effective and affordable. However, I'm wondering whether the formula has recently changed? I feel like my latest bottle is more "runny" than in the past. I'm using more than intended, because it comes out of the bottle faster.

Best Cleaning Product Hands Down!
Starting using this product a few years ago and was so impressed with the quality of cleaning. Now I’ve tried their entire line and it does not disappoint! One thing it does better than any other product I’ve use is, it gets those hard to remove stains, it rinses off really well. Overall a great product! I just it in the plastic tub, ceramic toilets, stainless steel kitchen sink. Great all around cleaner! Do yourself a favor and stop buying any other product. If you are serious about cleaning, this the one product you need to have!

Must have for glass stovetops
I've used this for two different glass stovetops: electric and induction. For both, it really cuts down on the amount of effort you need to put into cleaning up. I know for really stuck-on gunk you can use like a safety razor to help get it off, but honestly this thing just powers through everything, no need for extreme measures. Pro tip: use a decent microfiber cloth to remove it. You can use any cloth to do the cleaning, but if you use a microfiber cloth at the end, with a little bit of water to make it damp, you get an amazing finish. This is true of any highly reflective surface though, microfiber clothes just tend to be far superior at reducing the amount of streaking you get. Even more pro tip: distilled water can be used to further reduce the rate of streaking.

I bought this to clean my stovetop, and it does a pretty solid job. It’s not quite as strong as Vim (my absolute favourite, which I weirdly couldn’t find anywhere near me), but it still gets the job done without needing to use a ton of product. I just shake it well, do a little “hot dog style” squirt across the stovetop, and scrub with a damp sponge. It lifts grease and stuck-on messes pretty easily. The only thing to watch out for is making sure you wipe it up fully when you’re done because if you leave any behind, it can dry into a white residue. Overall, a good cleaner that works well and lasts a long time because you don’t need much per use.

This stuff really works good. Our sink looks good after a few minutes . Not like new, but better than I could ever get it looking with just a sponge and soap and water. I used this on a few aluminum antiques and it really improved the shine. If you're trying to fully restore something to a mirror shine, this isn't your magic product. It will take something trashed and give it life again though. It does stink so it's probably got some harmful stuff in it. I wear rubber gloves every time . I suggest you do too. I recommend testing this on a small hidden area on different surfaces. There's applications where it might leave swirl marks on something that was already near mirror shined. All in all , it's a good product that I recommend. Canadian Tire puts this stuff on for cheap a couple times a year so if you want to save a few bucks, keep a lookout on their prices.

This is a sensational product. I always thought my stainless steel gas cooktop was clean but when I used this product to really clean it, it came up like brand new. I used it on my s/s sinks and they sparkle. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a superior cleaning finish with little to no fuss. 10/10 for me

Based on the reviews, a lot of people are buying this product expecting it to completely restore their glass shower doors or cook tops. The reports in the reviews fall into two categories "this works fantastic!" or "this doesn't work!" The problem is, some people have significantly damaged shower doors (or whatever), usually due to ETCHING. Etching is when the surface is actually eaten away, and at first glance... this etching looks like water scale or some other white deposit. Look people, you CANNOT remove etching with a simple cleaning product. How did your glass doors (or whatever) get etched in the first place? That depends... people usually do the damage themselves by using harsh cleaners or combinations of cleaners that react to produce etching agents. Whatever the cause, your glass doors (or whatever) are NOT going to be fixed by ANY cleaner. I repeat... your glass doors (or whatever) have been DAMAGED and no cleaner on the planet is going to fix that. My shower doors have etching, water scale, and stains. I tested this product and it is perfectly good at removing scale and stains. I would give it a 5-star rating except for the fact it's pretty expensive and I don't think it works any better than other similar more affordable polishing products that have a mild abrasive. If your shower doors (or whatever) are ETCHED, then they only way you're going to restore them is hiring a professional to either use an industrial polishing method to buff out the etching.... OR, you're just simply going to have to replace the damaged glass.
