I did!!! This aid makes everything better; I can hear TV now without having the TV volume so loud that everyone complains. And, itโs in my ear so itโs not so blatant that I need help hearing. Wonderful product!! Review: It came completely apart. very unhappy with it. Not worth the money!!! - this hearing devise broke .didn't use it very long and it fell completely apart. very dissatisfied with this product. I would never buy it again!!!!! I think we should get our money back!!!It doesn't deserve any star!

Provide a place or phone number to talk to someone
The hearing was improved. The first pair I bought the left ear broke. The battery holder broke and the battery stuck inside. Couldn't find a contact to send back for a replacement. My grandson bought the set for me.
