Expensive but my go to for epoxy metal repairs
I've used this for years in Agricultural Engineering... I've even repaired pitted hydraulic ram cylinders with great success. Only issue is once opened the black tub can go hard.. however I've found if you warm it with a little heat on mixing it's okay.. Not the fastest setting but the next best thing to a weld repair

Poor Adhesion
I attempted a repair on an aluminium gearbox housing and, whilst the product itself was tough (especially as I’d reinforced with StSt mesh) the adhesive did a poor job of adhering to the roughened aluminium surface to the point that the repair failed quickly.
