The sample I received was thicker, this product was just more oil and didn't work like the sample. I was very disappointed!!!

I bought into the hype just looking at the ads for this product. It had a side by side comparison that showed less shine, improvement in evenness, and that was enough for me to try. I did the same thing at home, going side by side from nothing on my skin on the left and this product on the right. The result wasn't as good as the advertisement, but pretty darn good! It reminded me of Porefessional from Benefit, but since that runs $30, this is a cheaper alternative (especially in that Garnier frequently has sales and/or coupons and Benefit doesn't!). I bought it and so far I continue to like it. I'm concerned a bit about silicones in it (I suspect it must have some to leave the soft finish) so I will update the review if I start to break out. In any case, it missed five stars because I would have loved just a dint of color in this (it's cream colored) that would add to evenness even more.

Good Product

Love it! I don't need moisturizer - I just use this under my foundation. I can feel the difference when I put it on and see the difference after I apply my liquid foundation. It makes my skin look and feel soft. I can't imagine the negative reviews - I love it!

I've tried everything. I've been disappointed in most the primers I've bought and used. I liked this product from the first try for providing coverage I can use beneath foundation. When I started to run out, I decided to try miracle blur by another brand. This one is way better! Now I'm having trouble finding it, especially at a reasonable price.

I ordered Perfect Blur hoping for a primer that actually did what it said. I have used other primers and found 'Studio secrets' the best in a long line of purchases but its expensive, is quite thick and so you use more, and only comes in a very small pot. Perfect Blur arrived 2 days ago and I am so pleased with the results. I know it doesn't get rid of skin imperfections, like open pores, rough & dry areas, fine lines & wrinkles permanently - but it is good enough for me. I'm 64 and have been lucky to inherit good skin. I have very few lines around my eyes but I do have some in the area above my lip (which I hate) and dry areas & open pores that are hard to disguise. Believe me, l've tried everything and spent a lot of money in the process. So when I ordered Perfect Blur I didn't have high hopes. But it's great! My skin feels really smooth and silky, open pores and dry patches disappear and it is a perfect base for foundation. It is so good, that with my skin lightly tanned (I use SPF 30, by the way, and use a self-tanning cream by Olay to get a tan on my face) I can go without foundation. I know the effect is only temporary but it really only take a few seconds (they say 5 secs but I apply it carefully and take about 20 secs) but you can apply makeup over the top immediately. So it definitely is the best primer I've used and I will buy it again, & again & again until the manufacturers decide to discontinue the line - I hate it when they do that. Perhaps I should buy Perfect Blur in bulk and fill a whole drawer with it?

Seit vielen Jahren benutze ich dieses Produkt, weil ich davon überzeugt bin. Nur leider wurde der Preis hierfür innerhalb eines Jahres um das DREIFACHE!!! erhöht, so dass ich darüber nachdenke, ein anderes Produkt auszuprobieren.

perfect primer. it does actually work. it sounds insane and I didn't believe it but my face looks like a babies after 5 seconds! i also get creases appear after a while in my foundation but when i use this if i rub gently the creases disappear which didn't happen with my other primers, it comes out looking dried up but its not... i panicked at first but just get this its amazing. ill be coming back for more soon
