Helps with my tinnitus. *by S***L on October 7, 2023* This is a fantastic little speaker and noise generator! I bought one from my audiologist's office for about $90, then found this one on Amazon. I bought this one as a gift for my daughter-in-law. It has a micro SD card that I assume you can load your own tunes, but I'm using the built-in sounds. It also has bluetooth, so I use an app called MyNoise from the Apple App Store. The built-in sound that helps the most with my tinnitus is the crickets chirping...we recently moved from Texas to the mountains and I realized that we don't have crickets at night! I was waking up in the middle of the night, then my tinnitus wouldn't let me go back to sleep. The soothing sounds of the crickets helps me get back to sleep. I actually think my dogs sleep later in the morning with the crickets, and don't try to wake me up at 5 a.m.—maybe all in my head, but it seems pretty consistent. This is GREAT for travel, too. We cruise a lot, so it will be nice to use for music in our stateroom or to drown out noises in the hallway.
