Most disappointing bathing soap

This is the worst ever bathing soap I ever used in my life. After 50 percent of usage the entire soap becomes like a sponge and becomes non usable. It's sad company’s like Amazon are promoting such hopeless products on their platforms. Shame to say the least. Want to return back the balance 1 pack please advise.
