These fit plastic tubing with a 1/4" inside diameter (ID). If your ID is 1/4" these will work.

Both sides are 5/16 diam. vs just one side

is there a temperature or pressure rating on these?

If you are going to use them on a presherized line you will need to use hose clamps on the outside to hold the pressure
