Disappointed! I have bought this product many times, my son loves it! They are overpriced and they easily break but he’s it’s a special toy for him. It’s helped us getting through therapy and procedures and even help with feeding.. So I finally had to stop buying them because they wouldn’t last, but he is turning 4 next week and I remembered how much he loves this toy and we got it today and it’s USED!! It’s all scratched up on the handle and the clear bubble. It’s gross. Please do better! We love this toy and want to continue to purchase it but not when you get used nasty junk.

My daughter had a developmental eval done where they needed to get and maintain her attention. For little ones these settings can be tough when you consider new people, new surroundings, and difficult requests. When I saw how much interest she showed so quickly I immediately had to have one! It's amazing! The batteries it came with lasted *maybe* two hours lol Nothing a screwdriver and 3 AA batteries couldn't fix! When I replaced the batteries, I saw the ones that had been in there weren't a name brand (or at least not one I recognized) Once I replaced the batteries, they've so far lasted 3 days - so I'd say, plan to replace them pretty early on ...but once you do, it's not like they'll drain that fast moving forward. The spinning of the star with lights causes a bit of vibration and sound - great for sensory input and development! She's also slightly teething and I've noticed she enjoys putting it against her gums as it's running. The first one I ordered came damaged. The way it appeared, it was damaged in transit - but the replacement was hassle free and shipment was prompt! Absolutely no complaints from me as far as that goes. Life happens and the way things were handled was exceptional. The absolute only downside I have is after about 5 to 10 minutes of use it tends to start warming up to the touch. So it's not going to be a toy I'd give her during something like say, a car ride, where it might be difficult to take back if it were getting too warm. We usually give it to her for a period of time then just check it to feel how warm it is and either turn it off or hold onto it for a bit before giving it back. She loves it though! When she saw me take it out of the box (she was busy at the time.and I thought I was being quiet lol) she screeched for joy and frantically started reaching for it from across the room lol she knew exactly what it was. She's extremely possessive when it comes to this wand and it's going to now be one of our big deal toys for muscle work and calming/distraction after immunizations. For the price, it's a steal. Even if I had to purchase one of these a month, it'd be a steal. I don't however think it's built for durability. I'd say, be prepared to replace *fairly* often. Maybe not once a month, but if you're using it daily like we do, maybe once every 2-3 months.

My son loves this thing. Just be careful not to drop it. The plastic will crack very easily.

We needed to buy token gifts for our family and friends kids Christmas. These were PERFECT for both the boys and girls. They had so much fun with them from ages 1-8. Thru are easy to hold and kept their attention and were fun to run around with. My son still plays with his!

Yeah, don't buy this if you have a strong 2 year old. She broke it in one day, was playing with it and mash it to pieces. She had it for about 7 hours before she went all Incredible Hulk on it. This toy is not strong enough for Baby Hulk. It just spins around flashing colors, it does nothing else and it's not very quiet, you can hear it from the next room. It's made of plastic all over. Maybe the spinning colors made her do it? Anyways, the plastic part that covers the lights is the part that broke, when that crack opened, I was out of money and another toy went to the toy grave yard.

I use this to entertain. Y baby when she was month old. I can't believe how long it lasted. She loved it and played with it every day

We bought this for our two year old grand daughter as one of many other Christmas gifts. It worked quite well at the beginning, but after a while it gets off kilter and doesn't spin right, then quit working. We messed around with it and took the batteries out and replaced them, and it would not work, then after messing with it, it started working again, but is cheaply made and I am not confident at all that it will continue working for an extended period.

The batteries were very difficult to place into the handle, and once I was able to do that, the wand would not light up. Feels very cheaply made, very light even with batteries in, and the grey piece holding the star light began splitting while I was putting in the batteries. Do not recommend.
