Since I started doing basic tune ups on my commuter bike in my home office, this grease has been handy. I use it on pedal threads and seatpost when I swap saddles before and after work. It goes on smoothly, stays put, and the small tube fits right in my desk drawer.

The first time I bought grease for my bike, I was always hesitant about spending $10 on grease. I wish I had done it much earlier. Yesterday I had to replace a crankset on my single speed for the first time, and while ordering the tools, I finally decided to buy the grease because why not, it had been on my wishlist for so long. I wish I'd done that 10 years ago. I put a tiny amount on the tool that screws into the crank arm, and it was a simple, no cross-threading action, I'd never had to screw in something so easily. The same happened when screwing in the new crank arm. The bike had a screw on the brake lever that was always a problem to screw in straight. I put a little bit (really, like a 2mm long hair's worth) of grease on the hole and screw, and for the first time ever, the screw wasn't tilted. Amazing grease. The bottle is bigger than I expected, and it works really well. If you're like me and have been indecisive about it, please just buy it.

Handy versatile grease for many applications in easy to carry and use tube. We bring a bike emergency tool kit to the trails and bike park and this is one item I now pack. If we clean off bikes it's good to have grease on hand to recover hubs etc. in case the bikes get parked up. We have been using this brand for years, but it was a bigger container, so this is portable. It is high quality with a nice consistency, just the right greasiness to stay where you put it, which doesn't drip and is pretty easy to apply where you want it from this tube and it doesn't smell terrible like many other greases and lubricants out there

This stuff is really greasy. Gets all over your hands, or anything else, if you're not careful. And you know what? That's exactly what my bike needed. For those who don't know, this is the "lower" quality of Park Tool grease, suitable for most purposes. They make a higher quality one, but the tradeoff, as I understand it, is that it doesn't last as long, and is more prone to being washed away by water. Still, as much as this costs, I decided not to upgrade, and I can see that was the right decision. I tend to leave some maintenance too long, and want to be sure my bearings are still working in any case. This grease is nice and thick, stays where you put it, and the bearings stick in it like flies on flypaper. Reassembled the hub, and everything rolls like a charm. Just be sure to use a solvent (i.e. grease remover) to clean out the old grease when you service them. I'm sure it works for many other applications, but I bought it specifically for wheel hub bearings, and can vouch for it in that use case. Happy greasing!
