Best Sippy I've Found
Between the various NUK, AVENT, Munchkin, CamelBak, misc. sippy cups these are our favorites. PROS: -Dishwasher safe -Only three parts, easy to re-essemble -Doesn't leak as easily as other sippy cups -Large enough but not too small -Solid construction (doesn't bend like any sippy cups) -Soft lid (except the spout) CONS: -The outside seems to scratch easily (constant drops on floors/walls/etc), doesn't effect functionality (See photo) -The tips are easily chewed by toddlers, but again doesn't really effect function -Price, slightly expensive for a sippy cup

8 years and going strong!
We bought our first Nalgene Grip n' Gulp for our toddler in the summer of 2010. It's still going strong 8 years later, as are the others we've accumulated over the years as we've added additional kids to our family. They have traveled everywhere we have, they have been through dishwashers and left in cars and rolled under beds to be forgotten for several months. They've fallen from bunk beds and the tops of cars (oops), they've been rolled in sand at the beach and left in a snowdrift outside. And the things just keep on going and never leak. We've replaced valves on occasion (inexpensive through Nalgene or Amazon), we've upgraded lids (my oldest was around 9 when she decided the sippy lid was too babyish, so we added Nalgene's "On the Fly" lid to our collection) and we've used the heck out of them. We've never had one crack, not the lid or the bottle. They snuggle into bed with the kids every night and have only leaked if we forgot to make sure the valve was completely seated. I can attach a carabiner into the lid and clip it to my kids' backpacks so that they're close at hand (because even in the 21st century school backpacks don't always have water bottle pockets). They are fantastically easy to clean. They don't gather funky tastes or odors. Somewhere along the way we acquired a Camelback kids' plastic water bottle. I was happy with how it cleaned, until I was putting the valve back on once and realized that part of the lid was hollow and was growing things inside. With the Nalgenes, there's nothing you can't see--every piece is solid. I've boiled a valve if it's looked a little brown after a bottle has been forgotten, and it cleans right up. Caveat: we've never allowed anything but water in them. I live in fear of finding random bottles with sour milk or fermented juice in them, so those things are consumed at the table in our house, and the water bottles are for everywhere else. There is nothing about these things I don't like. And did I mention that they never leak? Edit: it's 2023 and these things are still going strong. My own kids have outgrown them, so we handed them down to a friend, and they're still rolling right along, no leaks or anything.

Excellent! Tips for leaky bottle
Have used these bottles everyday for around 4 years for both children aged 18 months onwards. They are great and do not leak. They have been dropped numerous times and we have not had any breakages. I love that you can remove the seal and clean all parts properly so that mould cannot develop. These are great to take to bed as they do not leak at all. If you find the bottle is leaking, make sure the seal is pressed right up against the bottle top. Tip the bottle upside down and if it drips, just have a sip from the bottle which will create suction and there will be no further leaks. I agree with other reviewers that it is not possible to drink a lot of water quickly. We unscrew the cap if really thirsty! I highly recommend this bottle.

Great water bottle for my toddler
Great water bottle for my toddler. Does a good job of being “spill proof”, is stylish for my little stud muffin and has survived all falls to this point. The only minus in my book is the removable valve under the lid that assists in being spill proof (resistant). I am fairly certain I’ll lose that at some point and lose the spill proof functionality

The perfect sippy cup!
My 3 yr old twins and 1 yr old all LOVE these sippy cups. My 3 yr olds insist on having water with them in bed, and these are trustworthy enough to leave in bed without any leaks. Pros: They don't leak, easy to clean and dishwasher safe, and overall just the perfect sippy cup! Another HUGE pro is that once you child is older and wants the open gulp lid, these fit with those older kid lids! Same bottle, just buy the new lid! We rated these #1 sippy cup in the Twin Mom group that I am apart of (100+ moms). Choose a clear translucent color or even a color with a design/picture on it. As you can see from my photo, the "slime green" color is NOT clear, and I hated not seeing what was inside the cup so I sent that one back. Choose a different color than Slime Green and you won't regret it!

This cup is cute and seems durable and quality . The problem is it's so hard to drink water from it . It's great that it has the rubber liner that makes the cup spill free but that makes it hard to drink. which is why my daughter drinks less water from this bottle than any other bottles she had

Nalgene cups are great
These cups have been GREAT for our kids. They only have 3 parts (top, bottle, and gasket) so cleanup is really easy. These are not spill proof, but the spills are minimal. This is the only cup I will buy from now on. My three year old still uses hers (without the gasket) and my one year old has been using his for a month now. They are durable and perfect for little hands.

Best sippy cup ever. Doesn't leak!!!
I have tried several types of sippy cups. This is by far the best I've used. The insert inside is 1) easy to put in and remove, unlike others and 2) actually keeps liquid from coming out, at all! I also really like it that once my little ones outgrow the sippy stage, I can buy a different lid and they can use it as a regular water bottle. I have now replaced all of my kids sippy cups with Nalgene. They are definitely more expensive than others, but I can see these lasting for as long as I want them to. I have lost a few of the inserts, but you can buy extra inserts for pretty cheap. Try one, and like me you will likely be back for several more!

Fenomenal

Very difficult to suck
Impossible to suck, even with bottle completely upside down . If you take out the valve inside, the water flows but there’s no way to close the spout.

cuesta demasiado beber
