Extremely Disappointed
I'm disappointed to say that this product didn't meet my expectations. Despite its premium price point, I didn't notice any discernible benefits. As a long-time customer who's been loyal to this company's shampoos and conditioners for years, I was surprised and let down by this experience. I still stand by the quality of their hair care products, but this particular item fell way short. I'm hoping that the company will take my feedback into consideration to improve future products. I'd appreciate it if they could reach out to me to discuss this further and potentially find a resolution as I am left feeling like I was ripped off.

Early Results Surpass Expectations: A Triumph Over Hair Loss
I'm already into my second bottle and genuinely impressed with the outcomes so far. Every day, I apply it as advised, targeting five sections of my hair with a total of seven applications. Initially, I grappled with significant hair shedding, which was quite disconcerting. Remarkably, not only has my hair stopped falling out within just a month of use—well before Kérastase’s projected three-month period for visible results—I'm also seeing considerable new growth. Based on my experience, I'm encouraged to stick with this routine up to the three-month mark before reassessing. Although individual experiences may vary, I find this product worthy of recommendation, especially when used in tandem with the complementing shampoo and mask from Kérastase's lineup.
